You\''ll be supporting the delivery of high-quality planning advice and applications across complex and often high-profile developments. Day-to-day, you\''ll be involved in preparing planning applications, appeals and development appraisals, advising clients, undertaking research, and attending site visits. The role offers exposure to strategic and high-impact projects, and direct access to senior colleagues who are leaders in the field. It\''s a collaborative and supportive environment where your contribution will be valued from day one.Requirements
A degree or postgraduate qualification in Town Planning or a related disciplineMRTPI qualification (or actively working towards it)1-3 years\'' experience in planning, ideally within consultancy or local governmentStrong report writing, presentation and communication skillsA good commercial awareness and enthusiasm for working across varied sectorsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlinesWhat\''s on Offer
