The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Renewable Energy Planner to join their Planning team. You will work on medium-to-large renewable energy projects from inception to completion, collaborating closely with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver planning input on renewable energy projects from start to finish.
- Conduct research, desk studies, field visits, and prepare planning assessments and reports.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to progress projects effectively.
- Engage with relevant authorities on planning and environmental matters.
- Ensure project outputs are delivered on time and to a high standard.
Candidate Requirements
- Town Planning qualification (IPI or RTPI accredited).
- Minimum 3 years'' post-graduate planning experience, ideally in consultancy.
- Strong knowledge of the Irish planning system and relevant environmental legislation.
- Excellent report writing, organisational skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a busy environment.
- Full driver''s licence.
