The Role As a Chartered Town Planner, you will be involved in a broad range of planning work, providing strategic and practical advice to clients and supporting projects from initial feasibility through to determination. Your responsibilities will include: Managing a varied caseload of planning projects. Preparing and submitting planning applications and appeals. Providing planning advice to private and commercial clients. Undertaking planning appraisals and development assessments. Liaising with local planning authorities, consultees and other stakeholders. Preparing planning statements, representations and supporting documentation. Advising clients on planning strategy and development opportunities.
