This is a fantastic opportunity to join a national multidisciplined consultancy who provide town planning and architectural services to the residential and commercial sector. They are on the lookout for an experienced and talented Town Planner to join their growing team in their Kent studio

Duties for the role of Town Planner:

• Lead various residential and commercial from inception through to completion
• Work alongside a multidisciplinary team and act as the key contributor on projects
• Liaise with local planning authorities and consultancies to build strong working relationships
• Prepare planning applications, appeals, and support documents to a high standard

Requirements for the role of Town Planner:

• Relevant degree within Town Planning or another related discipline
• Relevant post qualification within a planning consultancy or local authority
• Chartered or working towards RTPI membership
• Experience working within residential or commercial planning would be advantageous
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Full UK driver''s license
