The Role
You will play a key role in delivering a wide range of planning projects across sectors including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. Working closely with senior team members, you''ll be involved in the full project lifecycle-from initial appraisals through to submission and negotiation of planning applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and submitting planning applications and appeals
• Conducting site appraisals and planning research
• Engaging with local authorities, stakeholders, and clients
• Supporting project management and delivery across multiple schemes
• Contributing to planning strategy and development opportunities

About You

• Degree in Town Planning or a related discipline
• Working towards (or already achieved) MRTPI status
• Previous experience within a planning consultancy or local authority
• Strong report writing and communication skills
• A proactive and commercially aware mindset
