With a reputation for delivering high-quality, thoughtfully designed homes across Cornwall and Devon, this is a fantastic opportunity to influence the future of residential development in one of the UK''s most sought-after regions.Responsibilities:This is a hands-on planning role where you''ll be responsible for managing the full planning lifecycle-from consultation to consent. You''ll work closely with colleagues across Land, Technical, Commercial, Build, and Sales to deliver commercially sound consents that reflect both design excellence and local character.Qualifications:Degree in Town Planning (or related); ideally MRTPIStrong experience in both private and public sector planningProven track record in securing residential consentsCommercial awareness and excellent stakeholder management skillsFull UK driving licence - site travel across Devon and Cornwall will be frequentDay-to-day:Lead and implement planning strategies across a varied portfolio of development sitesManage all stages of the planning process including pre-apps, submissions, conditions, and appealsSupport site appraisals and land acquisition activityEngage with local authorities, stakeholders, and communities to build trusted ..... full job details .....
