The Role
You will play a key role in delivering a diverse portfolio of projects across sectors such as residential, mixed-use, regeneration, and heritage. Working closely with senior team members, you''ll be involved in:

• Preparing and submitting planning applications and appeals
• Conducting site appraisals and feasibility studies
• Engaging with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders
• Supporting the delivery of complex and high-profile developments
• Contributing to planning strategies and reports

About You
To be considered, you should have:

• A degree (and ideally a postgraduate qualification) in Town Planning or a related field
• Progress towards (or interest in) MRTPI status
• Previous experience in a consultancy or local authority setting
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a passion for planning
