The Role

As a Town Planner, you''ll play a key role in delivering planning advice and managing projects from inception through to completion. You''ll be working closely with colleagues across multiple disciplines, engaging with clients, and liaising with local authorities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing and submitting planning applications and appeals
• Supporting senior team members on complex projects
• Conducting site appraisals and planning research
• Liaising with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities
• Contributing to planning strategy and project delivery

About You

• Degree qualified in Town Planning or a related field
• Working towards or already MRTPI qualified (or equivalent)
• Previous experience in either private consultancy or local authority
• Strong report writing and communication skills
• A proactive and commercially aware approach
