The successful Town Planner will gain exposure to a range of residential-led developments, working on projects from early-stage promotion through to planning approval.The RoleAs a Town Planner, you will play an important role in supporting the delivery of strategic land and planning projects, working closely with colleagues, landowners, and stakeholders.You will be involved in all stages of the planning process, from site identification and appraisal through to the preparation and submission of planning applications, while developing your expertise within a focused and commercially driven environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupporting the promotion of land through the local plan processPreparing and managing planning applications and appealsUndertaking site appraisals and planning feasibility assessmentsPreparing planning statements and supporting documentationLiaising with Local Planning Authorities and key stakeholdersSupporting senior team members on strategic projectsAttending site visits, client meetings, and consultationsCandidate RequirementsRTPI accredited degree in Town Planning or a related ..... full job details .....
