Town PlannerLocation: CornwallSalary: 30-45,000Penguin Recruitment is pleased to be partnering with a highly regarded, award-winning planning-led practice that is looking to appoint a Town Planner.The practice brings together a talented team of town planners, architects, designers and landscape architects, delivering a collaborative and fully integrated approach to development projects from initial ideas through to completion.The successful candidate will join a supportive and professional team working across a broad range of projects, including residential developments, barn conversions, renewable energy schemes, commercial developments and tourism projects. This role offers excellent variety and the opportunity to work on a number of interesting and challenging planning schemes.The RoleWe are seeking an ambitious, proactive and client-focused Town Planner with sufficient experience in a planning-related role.You will ideally have:A degree in Planning or a relevant planning qualificationSufficient experience working within the planning sectorExperience managing a variety of planning applications and development proposalsExcellent communication skills and confidence when working with clientsA positive, proactive and enthusiastic approach to your workRTPI membership would be advantageous, although it is not essentialThe company is also happy to provide support for candidates currently working towards RTPI chartership.What''s on Offer?A competitive salary between 30,000 and ..... full job details .....
