The RoleAs a Town Planner, you will play a key role in supporting and delivering a broad range of planning projects, working closely with senior team members and clients.Responsibilities will include:Preparing and submitting planning applications and appealsUndertaking site appraisals, feasibility studies, and policy researchDrafting planning statements, reports, and supporting documentsLiaising with local authorities, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary consultant teamsSupporting the coordination of projects from early-stage advice through to determinationYou''ll gain exposure to a diverse workload including residential, commercial, heritage, and regeneration schemes, often working as part of wider consultant teams on complex projects.
