Town PlannerBanbury An excellent position has become available for an ambitious Town Planner to join an established planning consultancy as part of their Banbury based team. The successful Town Planner will have the opportunity to work on a variety of planning applications for residential, rural and commercial developments.To be considered for this role you will:Have a relevant MSc (or equivalent) which is accredited by the RTPIHave a minimum of two years town planning experience, ideally within a consultancy environmentBe a Chartered Member of RTPI (or be working towards this)Have residential and/or rural project experienceWithin the role you will:Preparing a variety of planning applications and appealsUndertaking site development appraisalsLiaising with other internal departmentsSupporting senior staff with the delivery of larger scale planning applicationsDelivering general planning advice to clientsBenefits:Joining an established consultancy with a clear career pathFull benefits package including pension scheme and private healthcareCompetitive starting salaryInterested?
