The team is involved from the early stages of projects through to securing planning consents and delivering successful outcomes for clients.The RoleAs a Town Planner / Senior Town Planner, you will work on a varied portfolio of projects and play an important role in providing commercially focused planning advice.Your responsibilities will include: Managing planning projects from inception through to determination Preparing and coordinating planning applications, planning appraisals and supporting documents Providing planning and development advice to private and public-sector clients Undertaking planning policy research and assessing development opportunities Working closely with architects, developers, landowners and wider consultant teams Liaising with local planning authorities and other stakeholders ..... full job details .....
