You will work across a wide range of sectors including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments, helping shape the future of the local environment and communities.Key Responsibilities:Undertaking planning appraisals and providing expert advice to clientsPreparing planning applications, reports, and submissionsLiaising with local authorities, clients, and other stakeholdersAssisting with the preparation of appeals and representationsManaging projects from inception through to completionContributing to business development and helping grow the client baseThe Ideal Candidate:A degree in Town Planning or related disciplineMRTPI (Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute) or working towards itProven experience in town planning, ideally within the UKStrong understanding of planning policy, legislation, and the development processExcellent written and verbal communication skillsA ..... full job details .....
