The RoleYou will support and lead on a range of planning projects, working closely with architects, clients, and local authorities.Key responsibilities include:Preparing and managing planning applications and appealsAdvising on planning policy, constraints, and site development potentialSupporting design teams to ensure proposals align with local and national policyLiaising with local authorities, consultants, and stakeholdersProducing planning statements, heritage statements, and supporting documentationAssisting with site appraisals and feasibility studiesYou will gain exposure to a wide variety of residential and small-scale commercial schemes, often in sensitive or constrained planning contexts.
