Town Planner Location: Sidcup Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be supporting an exciting multidisciplinary in their search for a Town Planner to join their expanding team, based between their Sidcup office and Blackfriars in London.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established, multidisciplinary consultancy working across a diverse portfolio of projects including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. The successful Town Planner will benefit from exposure to a wide range of projects while working within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.The RoleAs a Town Planner, you will support the delivery of planning projects across both office locations, working closely with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.You will be involved in all aspects of the planning process, from initial appraisals through to submission and determination, while developing your experience across a variety of sectors.Key ResponsibilitiesPreparing and supporting a range of planning applications and appealsUndertaking site appraisals and feasibility assessmentsPreparing planning statements and supporting documentationProviding planning advice to clients across a range of developmentsLiaising with Local Planning Authorities and key stakeholdersSupporting senior team members in project deliveryAttending site visits, meetings, and client consultationsCandidate RequirementsRTPI accredited degree in Town Planning or a related ..... full job details .....
