The Role
You''ll be joining a dynamic and collaborative team, working across a broad mix of sectors including residential, commercial, mixed-use and strategic land promotion. The role offers real variety, client exposure, and the chance to play an active part in shaping developments from early-stage strategy through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and submitting planning applications and appeals

• Providing clear, commercially minded planning advice to clients

• Engaging with local authorities, stakeholders, and consultants

• Supporting on site appraisals and planning strategy work

• Contributing to business development and client relationship management

About You

• MRTPI qualified (or working towards it)

• Experience within a consultancy or local authority environment

• Strong report writing and communication skills

• A proactive, client-focused mindset

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
