Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be working with a respected and forward-thinking planning consultancy in their search for a Town Planner to join their growing Dublin office.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of projects spanning residential, commercial, infrastructure, and environmental sectors, while benefiting from a supportive, collaborative environment and strong professional development opportunities.

As a Town Planner, you will:

• Assist in the preparation and management of planning applications, appeals, and development plan submissions.

• Undertake site appraisals, planning research, and policy analysis.

• Engage with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.

• Support senior colleagues on large-scale and complex planning projects.

We''re looking for a planning professional who has:

• An RTPI or IPI-accredited degree or master''s in Town Planning or a related discipline.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

• Organisational skills to manage a varied workload and meet deadlines.

• A proactive, team-focused approach.

• Exposure to a broad range of interesting and challenging planning projects.
