Town Planner - Edinburgh (Hybrid)

Salary: -35,000 - -45,000 (DOE) + benefits

The Role

As a Town Planner, you''ll contribute to the delivery of planning advice and development strategies for a diverse client base. You''ll work closely with senior colleagues, gaining exposure to high-profile projects and helping clients unlock the full potential of their land and property assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with the preparation and management of planning applications and appeals
• Providing planning policy and development advice to clients and colleagues
• Supporting site appraisals, feasibility studies, and stakeholder engagement
• Liaising with local authorities, consultants, and design teams
• Contributing to project management and client reporting

About You

• MRTPI qualified or working towards chartered status
• Around 2-5 years'' experience in a planning consultancy or local authority role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A proactive, commercially minded approach
• Confidence in managing multiple projects and deadlines
