Town Planner - Lancaster
We are working with a leading housebuilder who are seeking a Town Planner to join their team in Lancaster. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile residential schemes and play a key role in the delivery of sustainable developments across the North West.
The Role
As a Town Planner, you will:
Support and manage planning applications for large-scale residential projects.
Provide professional planning advice to internal teams and external stakeholders.
Undertake site appraisals and prepare planning statements.
Liaise with local planning authorities and consultees throughout the planning process.
Contribute to the identification of new development opportunities.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
An RTPI-accredited degree or postgraduate qualification in Town Planning.
RTPI membership or working towards chartered status.
2-4 years'' experience in planning, ideally with residential or housebuilding exposure.
Strong communication and report writing skills.
Commercial awareness and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
