About the Role
As a key member of a close-knit, expert team, you will:
Manage and prepare planning applications, appeals, and pre-application submissions across a wide range of sectors
Undertake planning appraisals, audits, and feasibility studies for potential development sites
Provide strategic planning advice to developers, landowners, occupiers and investors
Liaise with local authorities, design teams, and external consultants to guide schemes through the planning process
Work across a wide variety of projects including residential, mixed-use, commercial, retail, roadside, and energy developments
Contribute to land promotion strategies, policy representations, and stakeholder consultations
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
A degree in Town Planning or a related discipline, ideally with RTPI accreditation (or working towards Chartered status)
Experience working in consultancy, local authority, or developer-side planning
Strong report writing, analytical, and communication skills
A good understanding of London planning policy and development challenges
The ability to manage your own workload and work proactively on multiple projects
A commercial mindset and interest in client-focused, outcome-driven work
