You''ll play a key role in delivering expert planning advice, managing applications, and liaising with stakeholders from both the private and public sectors.

As a Town Planner, you will:

• Manage a diverse portfolio of planning applications and appeals

• Provide strategic advice to clients on planning and development potential

• Conduct site appraisals and feasibility studies

• Liaise with local authorities, clients, and other stakeholders

• Keep up to date with planning legislation and policy changes

We''re seeking someone who is enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and ready to make an impact. Ideally, you''ll have:

• A degree in Town Planning or a related field (RTPI accredited preferred)

• MRTPI status or working towards full chartered membership

• Experience in a planning role (public or private sector considered)

• Strong communication and report-writing skills

• A proactive and professional approach with the ability to manage deadlines
