What You''ll Be Doing

• Preparing and managing planning applications, appeals, and development appraisals

• Providing clear, professional planning advice to clients

• Conducting site appraisals and policy research

• Collaborating with internal colleagues and external consultants

• Building strong relationships with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders

About You

• RTPI-accredited degree (or working towards chartership)

• Experience in a consultancy or local authority planning role

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to manage your own workload and deliver to deadlines

• A proactive, positive approach and genuine passion for planning
