The Opportunity
·Join a newly established Birmingham office with significant investment and growth plans
·Work closely with senior team members who are actively generating new business
·Take ownership of planning applications and drafting work from day one
·Be part of a business where progression is genuinely open-ended
The Role
·Preparation and submission of planning applications
·Supporting on a range of development management projects
·Working alongside senior leadership who focus on client acquisition and strategy
·Opportunity to grow with the business as workload and team expand
About You
·Experience in development management (essential)
·Background in either public or private sector
·RTPI qualification not essential - must have an accredited degree or masters
·Able to hit the ground running
·A strong team player with personality and confidence - this is a close-knit, collaborative environment
