Location: Bath (Hybrid Working)
Salary: Competitive - Dependent on Experience
An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a well-established, multidisciplinary consultancy based in Bath. Due to continued growth, they''re looking to welcome a Town Planner on a full-time basis, although they''re equally open to speaking with experienced Principal or Associate Planners seeking part-time opportunities.
Joining a close-knit planning team of three, you''ll work across a varied portfolio of projects, with residential development forming the core of the business alongside mixed-use, retail and heritage-led schemes.
The Role
·Manage planning applications and planning appraisals.
·Provide planning advice across a diverse range of projects.
·Work closely with colleagues across multiple disciplines.
·Build and maintain strong client relationships.
About You
·Experience within a planning consultancy or local authority.
·MRTPI (or working towards) is desirable.
·Residential planning experience is preferred, with exposure to mixed-use, retail or heritage projects being an advantage.
·Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
