Job Title: Town Planner Location: Chichester Salary: £30,000 - £37,000 DOE Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (early finish on Fridays) We''re working with a respected planning consultancy who are looking to appoint a Town Planner with 2-3 years of experience in either the public or private sector. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive team where you''ll be involved in a wide range of projects, contributing to the delivery of high-quality planning advice and development solutions. About the Role: You''ll be working on diverse planning projects including residential, commercial, and mixed-use schemes. Day-to-day, you''ll be: Preparing and submitting planning applications Engaging with local authorities and stakeholders Conducting site appraisals and planning research Supporting senior planners with project delivery What We''re Looking For: 2-3 years'' experience in a planning role within a local authority or consultancy Strong knowledge of the UK planning system MRTPI chartered status is preferred, but not essential Excellent written and verbal communication skills A proactive, detail-oriented approach Why Join?
