The Role As Town Planner, you will: Manage a varied portfolio of rural and countryside planning projects. Prepare, submit and manage planning applications from inception through to determination. Provide planning advice to landowners, developers and rural businesses. Produce planning statements, appeals and supporting documentation. Liaise with local planning authorities, consultees and stakeholders. Identify planning opportunities and constraints for development sites. Build and maintain strong client relationships.
