The successful candidate will gain strong client exposure and the opportunity to further develop within a collaborative and fast-paced planning environment.THE ROLEAs a Town Planner, you will be involved in delivering planning projects from initial appraisal through to submission and determination.You will manage your own schemes while supporting senior colleagues on more complex developments, continuing to build your expertise as a Town Planner within a dynamic consultancy environment.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Managing planning applications and appeals Preparing high-quality planning reports and supporting documentation Undertaking site appraisals and feasibility assessments Liaising with Local Planning Authorities and key stakeholders Attending client meetings, site visits, and consultations Supporting senior team members on complex planning projects Assisting with project coordination and delivery Contributing to business development and networking activitiesWHAT WE''RE LOOKING FOR RTPI accredited degree in Town Planning or related discipline Ideally MRTPI qualified or working towards Chartership ..... full job details .....
