Tour Operations Executive Italian Speaking KBM are delighted to be working with a well-established Destination Management Company with offices worldwide. They are looking to welcome a Tour Operations Executive to their team based in Edinburgh. Key Responsibilities To read and understand in full the technical itinerary received from the BD. To identify the most suitable products for the client to finalize the itinerary with the most suitable services. To ensure that the services are booked, and the correct times are set. To make sure that suppliers service confirmations match the contract rates. To negotiate and try to buy under budget where possible. To understand and negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers, to match clients needs. To build relationships with all suppliers and ensure that you have excellent knowledge of all key services we offer our clients. To prepare and double check rooming lists and vouchers. To send invoices amendments to clients on time and ensure that all payments are made within time guidelines. To liaise with accounts and make sure that term and conditions for payment are respected both by client and from our part towards suppliers, as per agreements/contracts. To ensure all group files and the operations system are kept in an organized manner and correctly up to date.
