Tour Consultant - This well know educational tour specialist based in South West London are looking for an Tour Consultant to join their concert and music tours team. Their concert tours team arrange school, youth and adult concert tours to Europe and beyond for choirs, bands and orchestras. This is a hybrid role with a basic salary of £30,000 plus uncapped commission.Tour Consultant responsibilities:Identify and contact music teachers through targeted email campaigns to promote the European concert toursConvert prospective clients using proven sales tools and techniquesUse your music and travel expertise to advise clients on destinations and performance opportunitiesManage warm leads and ensure repeat businessBuild and maintain strong client relationships through calls, emails and meetingsSupport clients from first enquiry until their departureMeet and exceed your sales targetsTour Consultant skills required:Music degree or experience of playing in an orchestra would be advantageous but not essentialStrong travel experience and knowledge of EuropeMinimum 1 year of sales and customer service experienceExcellent spoken and written EnglishStrong administrative and organisational skillsOutstanding communication and people skillsGood Microsoft Office skills and the ability to learn new systemsAdditional information:£30k base plus uncapped commissionMonday-Friday hybrid working 28 days holiday including bank holidays plus 3 Christmas closure daysExtensive training and supportive, ..... full job details .....
