Top Travelling Chef - UHNW Family UK, Barbados and Europe - £70k GPA plus accommodationWe''re looking for a Top Chef with experience in Michelin-star kitchens and luxury hospitality to join a highly skilled team supporting a UHNW family across their ultra-luxury homes in the UK, Barbados, Europe, and other stunning destinations.This is a rare opportunity to cook at the very highest level while traveling to world-class residences - six months per year in Barbados, a few months in the UK (London and Surrey), and the rest across other properties, mainly in Europe.You''ll work alongside the Head Chef, creating inventive menus and Michelin-quality dishes for 5-8 family members and their guests. The role suits chefs with a broad repertoire, including Mediterranean, Japanese, and other global cuisines, excellent technique in fish, butchery, and sauces, and the ability to plate fine dining as well as family-style meals. The family typically enjoy lighter, lean dishes and experience with dietary requirements such as vegan is important.We''re looking for someone responsible, tidy, and confident working as part of a team.
