      <description>Location: West Kensington | Salary: &amp;pound;35.13/hour | Type: Contract | Toolmaker/Inspection Engineer    Location:  Lillie Bridge, London   Pay Rate:  -35.13 per hour (Umbrella rate, Inside IR35)   Contract:  6 months rolling   Start Date:  ASAP   The Role   We are looking for a skilled  Toolmaker/Inspection Engineer  to join an expanding Calibration Department within Asset Performance Delivery (APD) with our rail client.  You will be responsible for inspecting, testing and calibrating tools and equipment to ensure accuracy, compliance and adherence to required engineering standards. The role will support both internal operational teams and external commercial customers.   Key Responsibilities    Calibrate, inspect and test tools and measuring equipment.  Verify measurements against required specifications and tolerances.  Maintain accurate calibration records and documentation.  Support internal teams with calibration requirements.  Provide calibration services to external customers.  Identify equipment requiring adjustment, repair or further investigation.
