The Role You will be responsible for the manufacture, maintenance, repair, and continuous improvement of production press tooling, jigs, fixtures, gauges, and special-purpose equipment. Key Responsibilities: Manufacture, modify, and repair press tooling, jigs, fixtures, and special-purpose machinery. Interpret engineering drawings and determine the most effective manufacturing methods. Operate a variety of Toolroom machinery including milling machines, lathes, grinders, and CNC equipment. Assemble and strip press tools, checking tolerances and ensuring optimal performance. Diagnose tooling faults and carry out effective repairs.
