The successful candidate will be responsible for manufacturing, maintaining and repairing production tooling to ensure reliable equipment performance and consistent product quality. Key Responsibilities Manufacture and modify tooling to engineering drawings and specifications. Repair, service and maintain progressive press tools. Carry out preventative maintenance, machining and bench fitting. Use precision measuring equipment to verify tooling accuracy. Conduct tooling trials and support production fault-finding activities. Replace worn components and manufacture replacement tooling parts as required. Identify tooling issues and recommend corrective actions. Follow all health, safety and quality procedures.
