Your work will directly contribute to smooth manufacturing operations and minimal downtime. Key responsibilities include: Responding to tooling and moulding breakdowns in a busy production environment. Carrying out preventative maintenance and servicing of mould tools. Diagnosing faults and performing repairs to tooling. Precision machining tasks, including EDM, milling, turning, grinding, and welding. Preparing new mould tooling for production. Working closely with production teams to prioritise and resolve breakdowns effectively. Maintaining high housekeeping standards (5S) and always upholding health and safety. Skills and Experience To succeed as a Toolmaker, you should have: Significant experience with injection moulding tooling.
