JOB- ToolmakerLOCATION- MiddlesexTERM- PermanentSALARY- £40,000 - £47,000 per annum DOEWe are looking for Toolmaker on a permanent basis in the Middlesex area with experience in manufacture of Injection Mould tools or Press Tools. The main duties will be to repair, modify and maintain existing production tooling.The Toolmaker will ideally have the following attributes: Experienced or apprentice time servedComfortable with EDM techniquesRead Technical Engineering drawingsCNC shop experience beneficialAbrasive wheels regulation certifiedAble to verbally communicate effectively at all levelsInjection moulded processes and tooling experienceExcellent attention to detail The Toolmaker role will involve: Repairing, modifying and maintaining existing production toolingOperate all tooling and equipment safelyUse of milling machines, lathes and grindersMaintain high standard of cleanlinessProducing work with high quality surface finishIdentifying opportunities for continuous improvementEnsure correct labelling of toolsGood housekeeping to 5S standardsLog completed tool maintenance and repair to databases If you are interested in this position, please apply with an up to date CV as soon as possible, along with your availability and your salary expectation. ..... full job details .....
