Our client, a long-established precision manufacturing business based in Hythe, supplies high-quality engineered components to customers across sectors including electrical, automotive, aerospace, renewable energy and advanced technology. We are looking for a hands-on Tooling Machinist to join their toolroom team. This is a practical engineering role focused on the repair, maintenance and refurbishment of press tooling used within their manufacturing operation. You won''t be responsible for designing and manufacturing new tools from scratch, the focus is keeping existing tooling in excellent working condition and ensuring it is ready for production. The Role Working within the toolroom, you''ll be responsible for inspecting, repairing, machining, grinding and bench-fitting tooling and components.
