Supplying a diverse customer base across multiple sectors. This business operates a modern, fast-paced production environment where tooling performance is critical to quality, efficiency and customer delivery.This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Tool Maker, Mould Toolmaker or Toolroom Engineer to play a key role in maintaining, repairing and improving a wide range of injection mould tools, while contributing to continuous improvement, new product introduction and manufacturing excellence.Key responsibilities:Carry out preventative maintenance, servicing and repair of injection mould tools to ensure optimal performance and minimise downtimeDiagnose and resolve tooling faults impacting production, quality, cycle times and overall manufacturing efficiencySupport tool modifications, engineering changes and customer-driven improvement projects across a wide range of injection mould toolsOperate toolroom machinery including CNC mills, lathes, grinders and manual toolmaking equipment to produce precision componentsStrip down, clean, assemble and test injection mould tools, ensuring correct electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic functionality before return to productionWork closely with ..... full job details .....
