This is an excellent opportunity for someone with injection mould tooling experience who enjoys problem-solving, preventative maintenance, and supporting production operations.You''ll play a vital role in maintaining and repairing injection moulding tools, ensuring maximum uptime and supporting continuous improvement initiatives throughout the toolroom.Key ResponsibilitiesService, maintain and repair injection moulding tools to support production requirements.Respond to tool breakdowns, diagnose faults, and carry out corrective repairs.Perform planned preventative maintenance activities on tooling equipment.Conduct routine safety checks on power tools and workshop equipment.Work closely with the Tooling Leader to minimise production downtime.Monitor tooling spare parts usage and report low stock levels.Support production during new tool and product trials.Maintain excellent housekeeping standards within the workshop and around machinery.Identify opportunities to improve tooling systems, processes and working practices.Ensure full compliance with Health and Safety and Environmental ..... full job details .....
