Tooling Developer
On behalf of the MOD, we are looking for a Tooling Developer (Inside/Outside IR35/PAYE) for an 8 month hybrid contract based 1 day per week in London. An active SC Clearance is an essential requirement for this role, as a minimum you must be willing andamp; eligible to undergo checks. (Please note, due to the exceptional requirements of this position (short-term nature of this role and speed at which we require a postholder in situ) preference may be given to candidates who meet all of the essential criteria and hold active security clearance.) Role Purpose: Ideally with a background as a Power Platform Developer or SharePoint Developer or Data Analyst/BI Developer or Management Information Developer, the Defence Artificial Intelligence Centre, (DAIC), Tooling Developer is responsible for the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of DAIC tooling that supports AI insight, coherence reporting, demand management, and discovery activity across Defence. The role ensures tools are reliable, performant, user-centred, and aligned to DAIC Insights andamp; Coherence needs, enabling transparent tracking of demand and effective decision-making. Key Objectives:. Maintain and enhance DAIC tooling to ensure availability, performance, and data integrity..
