Tool Setter (Plastic Injection Moulding)

Candour Talent are currently recruiting for a Tool Setter (Plastic Injection Moulding) to join our client based in Blackwood. Location: Blackwood Employment Type: Permanent/Full Time Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 7.30 to 5pm with some flexibility, when required Salary: 36-38k+ Negotiable DOE Benefits: 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays, and free, onsite parking An excellent opportunity for a skilled plastic injection mould condition setter with a driven and ambitious attitude to join a technical team in a busy and fast paced shop floor environment. Previous experience is essential and a practical demonstration of skills would be required during the interview process. The Role: Carry out mould tool changes as per daily schedule (averaging 5-8 tool changes per day) Process and adapt conditions to produce quality approved components Complete settings paperwork Use of overhead gantry Use of robots to include six axis robots Responsible for Health and Safety procedures while setting the machines Ensure and assist in always maintaining a clean and safe working environment Handling of heavy and expensive tooling The Ideal Candidate: Experience in a tool setter role in a plastic injection moulding environment is essential A good understanding of automation and process and technical trouble shooting Good written and verbal communication skills, and able to work efficiently as part of a team INDP1 How to Apply: Email: co. uk Phone: (phone number removed) We thank you for ..... full job details .....
