Key responsibilitiesMaintain, repair, and service a wide range of production tools and equipmentSupport the design and manufacture of new tools, jigs, and fixturesDiagnose faults and carry out preventative maintenance to minimise downtimeEnsure all tooling complies with health and safety standardsWork closely with production teams to resolve tooling issues and improve performanceRead and interpret engineering drawings and technical specificationsMaintain accurate records of repairs, servicing, and calibrationManage tooling inventory and spare partsContribute to continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives What we''re looking forProven experience in a tool room / toolmaking / precision engineering environmentNVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering, Toolmaking, or similarStrong practical skills in tool maintenance, repair, and fault-findingExperience ..... full job details .....
