Tool Room Manager

An experienced Tool Room Manager is required to join a world-leading aluminium extrusion company. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will oversee and manage the operations of the die shop. Your responsibilities as Tool Room Manager will include supervising the production, maintenance and repair of dies, while ensuring efficiency, quality and safety standards are met. Additionally, you will play an active role in the development of your direct reporting Die Shop team. Successful candidates for the role of Tool Room Manager will have extensive experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment, strong leadership abilities, technical expertise and a commitment to driving continuous improvement in a dynamic environment.
