Tool Custodian

Carbon60 is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Tool Custodian to join client based in Brize Norton. As the Tool Custodian, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company''s extensive tooling and equipment inventory to support their Airbus Military (UK) Part 145 Line Maintenance and Workshop operations.In this critical role, the Tool Custodian will be responsible for ensuring that all necessary tooling and equipment are accounted for, controlled, and managed effectively. This includes conducting regular inventory checks, processing incoming and outgoing equipment, and maintaining accurate records using the TCMax system.This position is a 5 on 4 off shift patter working 12 hour shifts (7-7). Due to being shift work there is a 16.88% uplift on the hourly rate.Duties include:Be trained and competent in using the TCMax systemCarry out 100% inventory check of the store including MMTs against the system at each handover of responsibilitiesComplete required paperwork for governance of the store including zonal checks at set periods determined by the controlling procedureEnsure when issuing equipment and tooling that a 100% content check is carried outEnsure when receiving back equipment and tooling that a 100% content check is carried, the items are serviceable, any consumables are replenished as required and that the items are clean and not damagedManage all kits with multiple items ensuring they are sealed using a tag once acceptedEnsure all items returning as ..... full job details .....
