The role of TOM Design Manager sits within the Operating Model workstream where you will support the design, development, and implementation of the Target Operating Model (TOM) within a Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) transformation programme. Working alongside the Operating Model Design Lead and wider programme teams, the role will help ensure procurement processes, operating procedures, roles, responsibilities, and governance structures are developed, documented, and aligned to the future-state TPRM framework. The role will coordinate design activities across multiple workstreams, facilitate stakeholder engagement, support process documentation, and help manage design dependencies, ensuring that deliverables are consistent, practical, and aligned with business, risk, and regulatory requirements.
