This role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth running of formal IP processes and maintaining accurate records.

Due to the nature of this role, candidates must have a solid understanding of trade mark formalities procedures. You should have strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills – if you are CITMA qualified then will be advantageous!

Responsibilities

Preparing and filing trade mark and design applications, renewals, and related documents.

Managing deadlines and maintaining accurate IP records.

Liaising with external agents on international matters.

Monitoring correspondence and updating internal systems.

Supporting billing processes and assisting with general team administration.
