Key Responsibilities:Technical Authority: Lead the High-Performance Computer 4 (HCP4) initiatives for BEV/PHEV architectures. Provide in-depth technical knowledge and guidance to achieve business objectives and timely project deliveries.Deliverables Management: Accountable for ensuring deliverables meet specified timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints. Utilize Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor progress and performance.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Suppliers. Foster effective communication to ensure seamless cross-functional collaboration.Strategic Direction: Develop and influence the technical roadmap for HCP4.
