This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled conveyancing professional with strong legal property experience to step into a specialist role.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough title checks across a range of residential property transactions.Prepare and draft contracts accurately and efficiently.Liaise confidently with clients, estate agents, borrowers, buyer''s solicitors, and internal teams to progress matters smoothly.Manage post-completion tasks, ensuring all requirements are met, and files are finalised correctly.Title report, prepare client reports, and support the settlement of transactions.Handle all pre-exchange and post-exchange matters, ensuring deadlines and compliance requirements are met.Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 (depending on experience)Working Arrangements: Fully Remote or Hybrid options availablePlease apply today or contact Steph McCormack at MLR Legal Recruitment for more information. ..... full job details .....
