You will bring practical timetabling or complex scheduling experience and be confident balancing teaching requirements, staff availability, room capacity, and the needs of students. You will anticipate issues, resolve clashes, and keep the timetable on track.  Effective timetabling also relies on strong working relationships. You will work closely with Programme Directors and other colleagues to gather accurate information, manage competing requirements, and follow up diplomatically when needed.  You will take ownership of the function, understand how it currently operates, and introduce practical, sustainable improvements.
