Timecard Controller - BRITISH NATIONALS ONLYContract until the end of the year with possible extension.Carbon60 is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Timecard Controller to join their client based in Stevenage. In this key role, you will be responsible for managing the time recording process, ensuring accurate and timely data entry, and resolving any associated queries.As the Timecard Controller, you will:- Coordinate and prepare timesheets, chasing down any open entries- Resolve timesheet queries with HR, employees, and their managers- Ensure timesheets are recorded accurately and in a timely manner- Complete labour transfers, onboard new starters, and manage leavers- Verify cost centres are relevant and active- Manage the capital expenditure process, obtaining appropriate approvals- Set up projects in the company''s SAP accounting system- Issue monthly reports to managementWhat We''re Looking ForThe ideal candidate for the Timecard Controller role will have:- 2+ years of experience in a similar administrative position- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Strong organisational and time management abilities- Proactive problem-solving skills to address system and data issues- A high level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive information- Comfort working independently and taking initiativeWhy Join The Team?This Timecard Controller position offers the opportunity to join a ..... full job details .....
